Our fees are based on the difficulty of the mission, and the price of the property. Do not hesitate to request an estimate.

The transaction fees are due on the day of the signature. They correspond to our search, and negotiation services.

To guarantee you of our integrity, we precise on the initial contract that our fees will be lowered if the transaction is made through one of our real estate partners.

if an agency commission is to be paid on the property, Cottage Corner negotiates the lowest possible commission rates on your behalf.

If you want to benefit from Cottage Corner exclusivity, we limit our fees to the maximum rate of 4 % VAT included.

The transaction fees depend on the type of mission, and the price of the property.
It will never exceed 6% of the total amount of the transaction ( VAT included ), traditionally applied.
It is clearly precised as soon as the mission begins.
